the classic vodka espresso martini meets the nordic flavour of lingonberries.
3 cl Finlandia Redberry flavoured vodka
1 cl coffee liqueur
1 dash simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part hot water)
1 shot cold espresso
3 coffee beans
chill the martini glass and the shaker.
pour the vodka into an ice-filled shaker, followed by the wet ingredients.
shake and strain into a martini glass.
garnish with exactly three coffee beans for good luck.
