- .25 oz light agave syrup
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz carrot juice
- egg white
HOW TO MIX

step one:
introduce the vodka to all the ingredients in a shaker. give it a good shake.

add ice and shake again.

fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
