- 1.25 oz Finlandia Classic vodka
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Simple syrup (1 part water, 2 parts caster sugar)
- 1 pinch Salt (sea or Himalayan)
- Herbs*
- Soda
HOW TO MIX

STEP ONE:
give Finlandia, juice, syrup, salt and herbs a good shake in a shaker.

STEP TWO:
strain into the ice filled highball glass and top up with soda.

STEP THREE:
stir and garnish with herbs and a lemon twist.

*best herbs are basil, cilantro and thyme. second best are rosemary, oregano and sage. start to use only one herb, not combinations.
